Ted Weimann

 

 

Ted Weimann has a degree in Wildlife Biology from the University of Vermont where he also competed as a varsity gymnast.  After graduating number one at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, he served as a U.S. Special Agent for nearly three decades, retiring from Homeland Security Investigations in 2015.  Ted has studied the natural sciences all his life and he put his science background to good use as an HSI Agent, working counter-terrorism, war crimes, gang and narcotics enforcement.  He earned numerous awards along the way, including the Meritorious Service Award.  Ted Weimann is the author of Warrior Speed, the definitive reference for athletic speed production.  He was the subject of the article “How to Catch a War Criminal” by the Associated Press, published in the Portland Monthly.
